*All rates are based on two adults. Any additional person pays 50% of the price per person. Children under 6 years are
free. The house sleeps a maximum of four adults and two children. Rates include exclusive usage of the house and the
2.5 acres property. Rates also include cleaning of the house and taxes. Payments can be made in US$,
cash only, to our caretakers and credit cards are not accepted. A minimum stay of three nights is
required.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, payable to our Costa Rican bank account, no later
than 30 days prior to arrival . Payments received are refundable according to the following schedule:
Cancellations received 90 days prior to arrival are 100% refundable; 15 - 89 days prior to arrival are
50% refundable; 0 - 15 days prior to arrival are not refundable.
In case we are able to rent out the house despite a cancellation, the full amount will be refunded
irrespective of the cancellation date.
